ya know, something's occured to me...if Spike Lee ultimately wins his case against Spike TV - er, TNN, that is, at least till september - that will set a precedent for other people and companies that have had their names used for other purposes...take SPAM, for instance - will Hormel be able to sue everyone that's ever referred to junk email as spam?
