Canine Blood Donor Program

scheduled an appointment for thursday to take Heidi to meet with someone from the Indianapolis Veterinary Emergency Center (IVEC) to see if she's a good candidate for their Canine Blood Donor Program. i figure it's good karma for her, and getting free vaccinations and other stuff on the cheap is a nice bonus. if i could still donate blood, i'd do it (for HUMANS, not dogs, smart ass!) but medical issues have stopped my donations.
