well, decided to go with the Indiana Arts Trust license plate - we could certainly use more art and culture 'round these parts...besides, the mental health people weren't ever around to take my phone calls with questions...perhaps next year i'll just go with a personalized plate - suppose BIG DYKE is taken? ;-)

saturday's the mutual friends music mix mixer - looks like there'll be about 8 of us swapping CD's at the abbey...

i'm refining my mix since i'm not totally happy with the first one i burned...figured i'd make it easy and do favorite songs to favorite soundtracks to favorite movies...now i'm finding more songs that should be added, and that the first mix i burned just didn't quite flow very well, so i need to take some tracks out...this may have to be a series of discs...hell, i've already made one disc of nothing but tunes from john hughes movies, and even that one didn't have em all...

the mail today brought me The Hunt a dvd about the university of chicago scavenger hunt, which happens to be the largest scavenger hunt in the world...perhaps it'll give some insights as to creating a spiffy hunt here in indy...
