Norway's Department of Culture responded immediately to complaints about games available on Norwegian Broadcasting's (NRK) web site for youth, NRK Upunkt

The offending material consists of pages containing two games, "Karate's Licking Game" and "Masturbate with horny Are" on NRK's youth site Upunkt.

The banner for the licking game features naked buttocks and arrays of small red penis creatures. The directions are colorful as well.

"Lick the small penises but watch out for the big ones with feet! Odin is Karate's very horny little mascot that keeps flying out of the sky to lick dick. Now you can be Odin in the funny and erotic Licking Game," the page explains.

"In the Licking Game the idea is to lick as many dicks as you can. You cough vaseline to get springier and you have to watch out for the thick nasty penises, land mines and nasty tits. Good Luck!" concludes the instructions.

The Licking Game had only been online for two days, but the 'Masturbate with horny Are', where players try to give a program host sexual relief, is NRK's second most popular Internet feature. The site also features the "Mujaffa Game", where a Pakistani-type hero commits various offences, which also created widespread controversy when it first appeared.

Are Nundal, editor of NRK's web site, confirmed that he approved both of the controversial games.

"This is part of a radio program with caricature figures. The users of Upunkt are used to the form of irony used. This is part of their poking fun at our conceptions of sex. It is innocent and has nothing to do with pornography," Nundal told VG.
