i suppose spending thirty bucks at the pharmacy on prescriptions isn't that bad, it's just that when your prescriptions are three dollars each that it kinda weirds ya out a bit. thank god for medicaid.
i'm officially outta the intensive outpatient therapy program (IOP) at behavioral care south - they're moving me across the street, to Adult & Child, where they feel i can get a better level of care. this means i'm no longer gonna see sheron, my therapist of the last few years, but since there's generally a 2-3 month wait for an appointment, i suppose that's not that big a deal. i just really hate change, even when i know it's for the better.
