i must say, i think it's a good idea - to do away with declawing...er, excuse me, would you mind terribly if i ripped off your fingernails and cut your fingers down to the first joint? didn't think so, so why is it okay to do that to a cat? sorry, i guess your couch not getting scratched up IS more important...
